How about a gastronomic getaway full of mushroom picking with the doyen of mushroom science Jilber Barutçiyan in the lush nature of Bolu, wine and menu tasting with the unique recipes of Mustafa Kaan Doğan and Başar Başağa from the Başkaevents Team at Madanlar Mansion, located in the historical center of Mudurnu, a UNESCO World Heritage candidate and a Sakin City next to Lake Abant?
We are preparing a food and wine menu inspired by the traces of the Roman province of Bithynia, the traces of the Roman province of Bithynia, the Ottoman Şehzade city, the living center of Ahmadism and the culture of life of the Republican Mudurnu, and the healing local cuisine of the Western Black Sea geography.
It is an organization of Terra Mudurnu, which works with the vision of “sustainable development based on culture and nature”.

We are preparing a menu of dishes and compatible wines, inspired by the traces of the Roman province of Bithynia, by the traditions of Ottoman Crown Princes city, living center of Akhism and Republican town of Mudurnu, and by the healing local cuisine of the Western Black Sea region.
This event is organized by Terra Mudurnu, which works with a vision of "culture and nature-based sustainable development for Mudurnu".
